If you are dissatisfied with your purchase you may return it within 60 days for a store credit.
All returns are for store credit only. Store credits are good for 7 years and can be used in any of our stores.

Items shipped to Massachusetts are subject to 6.25% sales tax. No sales tax for items shipped to the rest of the US.

Delivery time on special orders is highly variable depending on the item.
Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
For David Yurman orders please allow 6-10 weeks for delivery.
There is a variable fee for repairs on most items. Some items should be sent to the people that made them. Call and ask.
We do our best to take accurate photographs.
Because every computer screen displays colors differently, the colors in the photo may differ slightly from the actual item.
We are a small business and an old store. The phone allows us to be sure an item is in stock and there are no problems before the order. As time passes and our systems get more sophisticated, an excellent shopping cart will be turned on. You can email your questions/order to email@example.com though the phone ensures a faster response.
Jewelry photography is a time consuming process. More items will appear slowly over time. We often have exactly 1 copy of an item in stock and not all our sock can be reordered. If you want to see everything you will always have to come into our stores.
